Aetna chose us to help them conceptualize their vision of healthcare information delivery. The result was Aetna SmartSourceSM-the first ever personalized health and health benefits search engine. Through Aetna SmartSourceSM, customers find information related to local care providers, estimated costs, medications, and discount programs. At the core of the design was the use of innovative interface options, including the visually-oriented information map, which presents related information in a logical, easy-to-navigate manner.
