We take a person-centered approach to designing for change, applying theory-backed and evidence-based behavior change techniques to the creation of technology assisted interventions, products and services. We believe the most effective interventions focus not only on individual target behaviors, but also on the needs, perspectives and motivational quality of the people who will use them. This approach enables us to design solutions that engage and empower people to achieve their goals with minimum effort and maximum enjoyment.
We leverage empirically tested frameworks and theoretical models such as experimental, humanistic and motivational psychology, behavioral economics, game-design theory and human-computer interaction as a backbone and process model for the work we undertake.
